About Booster Bullpen
Who publishes Booster Bullpen, where its sealed Magic pricing comes from, how often it updates, the editorial principles behind the scores, and how to report an error.
An independent, founder-built research tool
Booster Bullpen collects publicly available pricing for sealed Magic: The Gathering, applies one published scoring method to all of it, and shows the result. It sells nothing, holds no inventory and takes no position in any product it covers. It is built and run by one person, with no team, no institutional backing and no partnership, sponsorship or data agreement with Wizards of the Coast, any marketplace or any retailer.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure is read from a published daily snapshot — the same snapshot for every visitor — rather than computed live. The full data-source registry and update cadence are documented on the methodology page. Where a product has too little pricing history to score honestly, the score is left blank rather than estimated.
Corrections and risk
Errors can be reported by email; data errors are corrected on the next daily snapshot, and changes to the scoring method itself are logged in the methodology changelog. Nothing here is financial advice. Sealed product is an illiquid collectible whose value can fall as well as rise, and a Buy Below target is a fair-value reference point, not a prediction.
